3.2 mapcar-like Functions

Loopless provides many functions analogous to mapc/mapcar/mapcan and mapl/maplist/mapcon for iteration (and possible accumulation of values into a list) over alists, plists, vectors and integers.

Not all details of these functions are rehashed here since the HyperSpec already provides a thorough description of the Common Lisp functions above that serve as a template for the Loopless functions below.
